Timoth\u00e9e Boyat est un designer-\u00e9b\u00e9niste bas\u00e9 dans l\u2019Ain.\u00a0Apr\u00e8s un baccalaur\u00e9at \u00e9conomique et social, il rejoint l\u2019\u00e9cole des Arts du Bois de Moirans-en-Montagne (Jura), o\u00f9 il obtient en cinq mois un CAP de tourneur sur bois. En parall\u00e8le de ce dipl\u00f4me, il obtient la m\u00e9daille d\u2019or nationale au concours \u00ab\u00a0Un des Meilleurs Apprentis de France 2014\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Il effectue ensuite un Dipl\u00f4me des M\u00e9tiers d\u2019Art d\u00e9cors et mobilier, sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 \u00e9b\u00e9nisterie. En 2016, il part en Norv\u00e8ge, \u00e0 Bergen, o\u00f9 il travaille avec le designer Philipp von Hase<\/a>, avec qui il collabore encore aujourd\u2019hui. Ensemble, ils con\u00e7oivent le tabouret Omera<\/a> qui rencontrera par la suite un succ\u00e8s grandissant.<\/p>\n

Timoth\u00e9e Boyat obtient le DMA en juin 2017 avec la mention tr\u00e8s bien en pr\u00e9sentant son cabinet Fungi<\/a>, meuble destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la culture de champignons comestibles.<\/p>\n

Timoth\u00e9e axe aujourd\u2019hui son travail autour de la cr\u00e9ation de pi\u00e8ces uniques ou de petites s\u00e9ries mais aussi autour du travail sur commande.<\/p>\n

En entretenant un lien fort avec l\u2019origine et la destination des mat\u00e9riaux, mon travail initie un dialogue entre mati\u00e8re naturelle et concepts innovants.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
